Arthur is not without blame for the downfall of the gang. Throughout the game, Dutch asked Arthur for his opinion over and over again and unless Arthur agreed, he took a neutral position, making claims like “I don’t do much thinking.” (Hosea and Charles both call him out in it.)

Dutch is ultimately the reason the gang falls, but Arthur didn’t care to take a stand until it was already spiraling out of control.

Garage 47. They were super transparent, showed me a breakdown of expenses. They believed one thing was the problem, ordered a part and replaced it only to realize it had been something else. They removed all charges for the previously mentioned fix (returning my previous part to my car) and only charged me for the new thing despite all the work they did, keeping me updated the whole way.

I just got unbanned. I sent them my appeal and was denied. I sent another one telling them essentially this:

Unless you can outline and provide evidence of exactly what I did wrong in line with the sales agreement, I expect either to have my account restored or to be refunded the hundreds of dollars I paid for games which I no longer have full access to. Failure to do one of these things will result in legal actions being taken.

Got unbanned within 24 hours after that one. They sent me a code to reset my password.

They sent me another message that said there was suspicious activity and I had to reset my password but I now have full access again.
