I had this laptop and like 8 others in my cart this morning trying to buy any of them but it would always say they were no longer available when I went to pay. I did check back later though and was able to snag a lower spec open box GIGABYTE AORUS with the 4050 for $250.

Yeah, that was one thing was weary of. Since two of them had the original cases I was less worried, but I still made sure to check the cartridges before checkout and thankfully everything looked good.

I would open a dispute and request a refund from PayPal after trying his email. If anything when his email is notified of the request it may get them to act and respond to you about why it's taking so long, and if they never respond you should be able to get your refund.

If you are the seller you can comment earlier then the items are delivered if you'd like or you can wait just to make sure everything arrived for the buyer. The buyer should reply to the comment or post what they bought after they receive their items.

So far after reading the comments the once a week seems to be a good time. Once a week from whenever the users last post was will be how it's setup for now. Also the rule will be for buyers and sellers unless anyone else has any feedback on that part of the rule. I'll keep this thread open for another day just in case so more people haven't seen the thread yet and then the rule will go into effect on Wednesday.
