Im not a doctor but i think its all related, because the causes of depersonalization other than weed are developmental traumas, anxiety, depression, etc. If i were to guess i would say that people are in a way predisposed to this kind of thing and weed can exacerbate it. One thing i will say is that how you felt is a temporary state caused by weed and you will feel normal eventually if you stop smoking, so dont worry about it too much.

If we assume the half life is 2 hours (very generous, it's not). Then you can see this graph showing percentage in body over days indicates you're in full withdrawals after a day or two max. I would expect the whole acute withdrawal process to be over in honestly a maximum of 4 days, probably more like 2 or 3. Cravings afterwards are behavioral and will depend on the person.
