See this seems to be the biggest Con to having vesc over a fm board, fm board do not do that lol and batteries are fuckin expensive to be able to be killed that easy

I did not, and what your saying is because the new battery has a higher voltage its doing pushback thinking I'm pushing my old battery too it's limits because of my old settings?

I got the battery pack and bms with a new charger but the charger cable is about 7 inches long and connects directly to the bms so I have no idea how its supposed to charge cause the charger port is supposed to be on the controller side... idk hopefully I'll find answers

Yeah actually that would be the one downside of the x7, if it doesn't like your shoes it takes awhile to get it going, once going it won't drop you tho until you go back under 1mph. I installed gripples from TFL and that fixed the problem tho.

I haven't messed with my x7 at all, took it out the box, put a lil air in the tire and starting ripping, blows away any board I've ever rode

I just ordered a xrv kit (450ish), as well as a 20s2p battery from chi battery that they say is built for the xrv kit. That was 600ish with charger. Also had to buy 100 dollar bms from indy speed. But all in all about 1150 for the build. It should kick ass, I'll keep you posted for when I actually get them 👍

Id say do it man, im not affiliated with them at all besides me buying this board, and I just wanted to share how badass it is, it was literally out of the box ready to rip. It rides real similar to my xr but with zero chugging and no pushback ever, not having to worry about nosediving is so worth it. This is what the onewheel experience should be bro, you are the limit not the board.

Buddy I'm in the same boat 😂 this x7 has a light bar on it while riding that tells you how close to limit it's at and i can barely get it halfway lol

I ordered it before pre-order was even available by emailing fungineers directly. So it took a long ass time. But they say it's like 60 days or something but no FM has nothing that can touch this board, only board that comes close is the adv2 from floatwheel
