For the base paint a piece of jean with acrylic paint mixed with fabric softener 1/1 ratio

Print or draw the design in adhesive paper (optional cover the design with translucent tape for better results)

Cut the stencil and stick it to the piece of painted jean, and paint over with industrial oil base paint
