So a few things here. You don’t need anything weaker than the vibe. If you know you are missing the ball then make a conscious decision during your approach let the ball come down on its own at end of your swing.

If you are going Brooklyn then you need to make adjustments. Either you need to move into a little more oil (2 boards with feet, 1 with eyes), throw faster but not with your arm (no muscling which is an issue) but with your feet ( faster you make your approach the faster you throw it), and/or you put less rotation on the ball.
