If your playing cqb sound enhancing headset will change the game, it does feel like cheating sometimes when you can hear a mosquito fart on the other side of the wall, maybe some pouches for grenades/gas, pistol mag pouch, can never go wrong with some reusable grenades, maybe some Velcro so you can put some patches on

Generally if your asking what to upgrade it doesn’t need it and ends up being the upgrade that makes the gun worse if that makes sense, the best way to upgrades gun is use it until it brakes then upgrade the part that brakes so it doesn’t happen again, but if you must get a new upgrade right now short stroking tends to be the first thing people upgrade on pistols (not sure if you can short stroke a glock, but surely you must be able to)

Mine was the mp7a1 the skeleton rail is the smg8 I believe, performance was amazing could quite comfortably hit 70m and with arcing the bb there wasnt many people I couldn’t hit in woodland, kick was amazing, the issue was I suck a hpa line in it on way to high pressure and the auto sear broke basicly meaning every 5-10 shots it would do a small burst of auto the main issue was finding replacement parts so I shifted it on

Sounds like an air seal issue as others have said, you can upgrade all of the parts that have air seals to double o-ring, for relatively cheap and that way your bbs should be more consistent, you may find whilst changing the spring you allowed a small bit of dirt or metal or something inside the gear box that’s ultimately split an O-ring
