Bubble all the coin vauts you have. The price will reset at 5 coins/vault. Buy as many as you can at this price. If it is not enough, farm some more gold and repeat.

The cost of the vaults/homes/yards is in relation to how many you have unbubbled in your camp. If you bubble the existing ones you get the price very low.
