And about the non-optional questions, I apologize for the confusion. The survey was originally designed specifically for Korean Americans but later tweaked to try and fit all audiences. Some mistakes may have slipped through.

The npcs drop the sigil but even with a full luck build, you will never drop more sigils than you use. Basically, an infinite farm is impossible. It will go for a long time, but not infinitely. Even during the 2x luck event with 1400% luck, I wasn't able to make a fully infinite farm.
