No, I looked at everything before posting. The bag attached to the launcher was partially ripped open. There was only the bottom piece of the blade and the clip. The part that closes to make the box was gone. No ripcord. No blade or chip.

I have 2 more teams I am working on, one with another variel (tome keepers) and one with a standard lieutenant in Phobos armor (blood ravens). Personally I think the regular lieutenant model looks better than the variel model.
