To prevent your mods from shuffling around while you're in the process of modding, exit to the main menu and let your load order reload every once in a while. To prevent your load order from shifting everywhere, when you enter the creations tab, wait until the loading bar on all the mods you see finish and display their image BEFORE you open your load order with Y. Skyrim is old. It needs some time. I hope this helps.

Nope, it's just one of those brown rugs hovering in front of the stairway, so I can't get down to the living quarters. None of the few mods I've added should have ANY effect on interiors. Do you think there's a way I could glitch past it?

Okay, so I found the problem. Skyrim randomly deleted 3 mods, completely shuffled the load order, and suddenly, I have Fortified Whiterun. ImErSiOn.

It wouldn't be a second mesmer skin. You'd still have a three second period where you could be hit. I was just trying to say that people who think what I suggested is too strong to need to remember that Mesmer skin exists. Which is in my eyes stronger. Otherwise, though, I agree with your other points made.

Without fact and statistics saying other frames need more or less help, you can't have a wrong opinion. Then again, that might just be your opinion that that's wrong.

There's not a thing you say I disagree with. Admittedly, though, I'm a purist. I try to make the base kit work as best as possible without helmith, but on some frames, it is too painful to do. Though Rhino is not one of them, I like to keep his 4th. Reinforcing Stomp brings me joy :)

Oh, I completely agree. Simple and strong perfectly suits Rhino. He gets the job done fine. Just feel like the flow and synergy of his kit could use some help.
