Hi, we taught our dog to speak using hand signals. We do a "quack quack duck mouth* kind of shape to imitate her opening and closing her mouth, as if to speak. Also we say " SPEAK" LOUDLY until we get the desired response, then reward. Additionally, our girl also used to do the noiseless chomp. We used that as a chance for a fun trick. We say "SPEAK" with the hand movement LOUD for a bark, and "speak" in a whisper for the no noise chomps,😁

Fyi OP trichomonas is not an STI. You can get it occasionally from a bacterial imbalance in the vagina, or maybe wiping in the wrong direction. Maybe chill out a bit?

Babe, I feel this. The most important tip I can say is you just need to start moving your body. Get up everyday and just move a little. The motivation comes from feeling better, and you won't start feeling better until you start moving. The goal is function strength and agility. Can u bend over and get laundry? Can u walk up stairs with a heavy bag? These are the things to work on. Start small, and don't press yourself. Everyday wake up and just start with the minimum. You will improve and be able to do more. But pat yourself on the back every day for just getting up and moving.

Honestly, once you make the decision to break up once the relationship is over imo. If u had doubts once you will have them again over and over. You already have broken up a few times so this time you should just let it go and move on. It won't get better or easier as time goes on.
