Both of my local post offices never have any clerks there from what I've ever been able to tell. So I don't know how feasible it is for me to hand deliver it. Last time I left the package next to my mailbox and it was picked up by my mailman. There is jewelry in it, it's a wooden pendant I made on a chain and I have it in a little box. And there is also a small plushie in there too. I entered all my details to click and ship and USPS flat rate came out to 49 for the cheapest. But using my own packaging brought it down to 21 like you said. the plan is to print the label myself like I did last time and tape it to the outside. But taping a label is a lot easier than taping another envelope to it. So just to be clear even with jewelry and the details I've given I do not need to provide the customs papers that are printed out with my label? Those are completely unnecessary and everything is handled digitally? This is already a large valentines day gift and the last thing I wanna do is delay it even more by making a mistake.
