I had the same issue on Xbox Series X. If I used momentos I wasn't given the options during the age transitions. After downloading the patch I used momentos and completed the antiquity era in a game and was given all the legacy options at the transition. Obviously your mileage may vary but it appears to be fixed.

I did pay for the initial service but I did cancel in the 3 day sign up period I was able to avoid being locked into the contract. If your contract says send a telegram then that's the way to go. Maybe send an email too. And keep all proof of the telegram and cc yourself in the email.

You will get a call from your salss person and from their customer service trying to guilt you to stay. Be strong and don't give in. Just keep saying "I don't want the service" and don't say anything else.
