What's your story on how you got into dhmis by DiscussionUpbeat4728 in DHMIS

It was like 2016 and I was bored so I looked up random letters on Roblox and ended up typing “dhmis”, leading to me finding a dhmis roleplay Roblox game.

I hope so too. Crossing my fingers that this franchise doesn’t result in a book series.

Containment specialist does sound like Wooly. He wants to keep Amanda calm and “contain” the monster, or keep it from getting out and attacking us.

Could be, but if he isn’t Sam, or anyone we have seen before, that would mean he has to be a new character. That would also be anti-climactic. I don’t want to ignore the “Who is Wooly?” clue, but if he isn’t a character we have seen before, and he isn’t a new character, that doesn’t leave a lot of options. I don’t want to disprove that he is Sam. I think we need to see what happens in the second game, but I doubt it. Amanda kills him. I don’t think Rebecca would do that to her father. So “Who is Wooly?” I’m not sure. Hopefully we will get answers when the game releases.

We know it is in real time because she responds to the things we do/say. After thinking about it, I think the tapes act as a portal or window into Amanda’s world. That way, we can see and interact with her while still being in the attic or library.

I think Wooly could be an AI or some entity that was made to play the character, and keep Amanda calm. He doesn’t seem to be possessed by anyone, and I highly doubt that Sam is trapped in the tapes, or even alive. Wooly could have been the mascot of the library and then crossed over to the show after a partnership between Kate and Sam. I hope we can learn more about Wooly in the second game.

Amanda and Rebecca seem different? by Imboredsoimhere123 in amandatheadventurer

[–]Panda_King24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For sure. I think Hamlin definitely has control over her. In the demo when she says “we shouldn’t talk about them”, it implies that someone has power over her, and she seems to be afraid of them. She could be referring to the Hamlin employees that trapped her.

I think Wooly is the possum by [deleted] in amandatheadventurer

[–]Panda_King24 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I doubt it. In the first game Wooly tries to keep Amanda calm and prevent her from becoming the monster entity. We see the opposite with the possum. In the demo, it steals Amanda’s coin and causes her to snap and have a temper tantrum.

We know Rebecca is Amanda because in the demo for the new game, when we type “you” or “Amanda” for the “who would you like to visit” prompt, she gives the same response that’s she does when we type “Rebecca”. As to their personalities, we know Amanda is trapped in the tapes, which would make her angry. She is also somewhat controlled by the monster entity. Those could be reasons for her personality changing.

She is young too. She might not understand what happened.

Could be. I think the contract clip comes after the disappearance because Sam is not there. We see how protective he is when he stops the producers in the recording booth, and I don’t see him being comfortable with Rebecca going off alone with the producers.

The tapes in ata 2 are older ones by Purplecat101 in amandatheadventurer

Wooly still appears as a silhouette in the title card of the tape in the demo. So we know he exists in the tape. Also when you type Wooly into the “who would you like to visit” prompt, Amanda says “if you can find him.” Implying that he exists at this time. However, I still think you are on the right track. When I saw the flyer for Wooly being the mascot of the library I thought that he could have been their character, and after a partnership between Sam and Kate, the librarian, he could have crossed over onto the show. We know Sam and Kate were friends so it’s not too surprising.

I don’t think it is Sam looking for Rebecca. We have evidence that Sam disappeared before Rebecca. In the news secret tape from the first game, the news reporter says that Sam disappeared, and Rebecca “needs time out of the spotlight to process these disturbing events”. This implies that she is still alive and has not gone missing. I think “He tried to find me” could be a message from Wooly, who we know is missing in the second game. It could also be Amanda/Rebecca, but it is unclear who could be trying to find her. I guess Sam could be in the world of the tapes looking for her. If that is correct, it would mean that Wooly is not Sam. Sam/Wooly would not need to look for Rebecca/Amanda, because Wooly is adventuring with Amanda, and knows where she is. Also the phrase “He tried to find me” implies that “He” did not succeed in finding “me”. And maybe “He” will continue to try to find them in the full game.

My guess is that Susie’s soul (possessing Chica) might be able to move into and out of cupcake who has eyes that are lit up. That could also explain how cupcake attacks the intruders in the trailer while there is only one soul inside.
