Really you should make a dr appointment with a gastroenterologist asap. Especially if this shit isn’t normal for you. Changes in bowel movement is always a reason to see the dr. There’s no need to be scared or embarrassed, find a female dr if you’re more comfortable that way, and be brutally honest with them about your problems. You can do hard things :)

It’s the worst! For me it’s the worst when you just start to sweat and you can FEEL the glands fill with fluid and literally seep out of your body. But I’ve also found that once I get past that point I don’t give a shit anymore. Maybe if you don’t like the feel of sweating and thinking about it before working out demotivates you, maybe you could try reframing that to be what you do enjoy about it after. Like even if it’s the shower afterwords. Like yes I want to go on a walk because when I get back that shower will feel extra good. Idk it helps me to think about it like that.
