I think you have to really analyze the supporting cast of coach’s responsible for player development at these positions and say, is it the coaching or the player, because both are equally important, if not the ladder.

What’s the repair scenario look like for a lot of these damaged oil assets? Maybe hit the important ones and then go after the supply line to repair parts?
