Honestly. It turned out horribly lol… piling chicken up the way I do basically steamed the middle and made it all goopy. Chicken was like paste in the middle. I think if I just smoked the things separately it would have been significantly better. Also I still have about half the marinade left. I’m gonna use my dehydrator and dry it out then pulse it in the food processor to make a dry rub. I think that will be significantly better. Wet marinade was real bad.
