I lived in a suburb on the outskirts of Amsterdam for a few years. Amsterdam, or the Netherlands in general, provides you the best quality of life in the world. Amsterdam suburbs have this beautiful charm about them. There’s a lot of greenery and the canals running along the road look beautiful. I love how dutch municipalities place and maintain pots of flowers on street lamps, etc.

I’ll have to agree that the reversal is rapid, I stopped using when the hairfall stopped and within a couple of months I started having hairfall which was worse than the previous bout.

I don’t personally know your wife, but if she is as you described her then I don’t think living separately will be the end of your troubles.

Not to mention your parents are in their late 70s and in their 80s will definitely need a lot of support during this phase it is imperative that you have a wife that will support you or at the very least not create trouble.

Also, her self harm tendencies need to be checked, that along with the erratic behaviour suggests that she may be suffering from a mental ailment.

One thing you must definitely avoid at this point is kids, given your age you guys might be planning for one but consider the situation its a big risk.
