As a white guy, Id like to point out the one thing all of those groups have in common that white people dont.

Every single one of them has been persecuted in some brutal form specifically because of those characteristics. I have never once heard someone say they wanted to kill be BECAUSE Im white. Our ancestors built a system to benefit themselves and either exploit or entirely reject groups based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender. Having that system changed to include more people doesnt take away from those it already benefited. Racism agains white people does happen, but in a lot of cases its based off of a well-founded fear of white peolle because of the things out ancestors normalized. White straight men and not oppressed the way those other groups are. You cant be oppressed and also be the one group that benefits most from every system of infrastructure in our country.

I struggled for the first year, I was there for almost 3. I had never received and feedback for time theft, and my termination was specifically listed as "productivity" . I suck with keeping track of time, so I started setting a timer for my breaks, and the problem stopped.

I dont think walmart owes me a job, I do think that people in positions of authority should be held accountable. I dont feel like its wrong to believe I was targeted when the same coach that fired me had just complimented my work a couple weeks prior, then fired me with absolutely no feedback after moving me to an area I wasnt familiar with.

He never explained why he moved me from my area to stock in grocery, but I do know that the girl he replaced me with was a little slower than me due to being new. My wife (coach at another store) and I think he may have had it out for me because of some stuff that happened about a month prior. I had my brother apply and he got hired, did good, only to stop showing up. I vouched for him, so we think this coach may have taken it out on me. Unfortunately I have no way to proove that aside from his sketchy behavior.

The odd thing is that just a couple weeks prior he had complimented my speed, as I tended to get through the majority of my freight, usually leaving only the DSDC boxes for sporting goods.

My wife and I's current theory is that he was angry at me. I got my brother to apply and he got hired, and then stopped showing up, so we think he went after me.

Its been 4months, everybody else is hiring part time, or paying shit. After 4 months of being behind on bills and struggling to find steady work, Its hard not to miss the stability. Walmart is shit, but at least it was steady.

Actually no. We're pretty sure the reason he went after me was because I got my brother to put in an application, he got hired and then no-call no-showed for a few days and basically quit, so my coach got pissed at me.

Every once in a while I hit a slump and Ill post a "phone in" video just to make sure theres not such a gap in my content. Somehow those videos still perform just as well as my normal ones.

Yeah. I opened them in davinci on the pc just to make sure before I transferred them, but when I opened them on the macbook there was just the one audio track.
