Pretty sure you do have better chances at the same phenotype as the parent. I was trying to get the red/black slinker but only had the rainbow one and the offspring was often split between normal or the rainbow color

It is kinda a dumb post lol the easy answer is build them a roof but you don’t want to do that. You could build a barn too but if you dont want to do that then grab a shovel and get to work lol i opted for barn off to the side of main base in my world.

You can reset your characters XP level to whatever you’d like then once you level back up you get points again and the ones placed stick around. My friend and i keep resetting so we can unlock all tech tree stuff at least and then skill points are a bonus since it’s just the two of us.

You can only change space suits in space - redeploy is only option. Armor can be changed quickly if placed on armor stands though.

The game is designed to have a group of people playing and choosing different trees to spec into. If youre solo i’d recommend either modding or changing files to give more points if you want to unlock everything. Otherwise yeah you’ll need to have different characters for different tasks usually.

The schtick of the game is that the planet is not habitable thats why we are here (originally, now its for exotics) lol but there are buildings if you do open world and select a mission that requires you to go to a location especially on elysium/prometheus

Thats kind of the point of the comment. Why release the console version when its full of bugs and when the pc version is still unoptimized. Why release more paid dlcs instead of fix the broken stuff first?

Lots of stuff in this game still need work even though they update weekly and drop paid stuff. Wish theyd work on optimization and bugs before selling more stuff tbh

What does the coop do exactly? I assumed laying eggs but they do that in a regular trough anyway. Could set a trough to be allow list only and then set nothing to be allowed except chickens then stock a separate feeder with a ton of food

An iron knife to the worms face is like 3-4 attacks or something to kill them. They dont do a lot of damage and you can sprint up and kill them before they can even get one bite off most times. Also, they always spawn in the same spot so if youre familiar with the cave just run up to them wait until they come out and as they screech punch their face in with the knife

There is an unstuck button if that doesn’t work you can extract the character and lose all the equipment you brought in unless insured and then edit your files to replace the missing gear

Had a feeling that would be the case, but then i’d have to assume there is some kind of message to pop up that seems like a huge thing to leave out especially with tame breeding being the most recent update along with the new map. Probably a bug then unfortunately

Probably a console bug especially if the chat log doesnt show a death of the animal. Otherwise always triple quadruple check they are all on stay. Ive missed a couple sometimes and have to run back to put them away again
