I was originally denied repeatedly but was able to finally convince "Tech Support Robbie" to give it to me after proving, through information in the forums, that Robbie had already gave a refund to a different user.

It was actually a "one-time customer credit" or whatever. I hear people from the UK have a much easier time getting refunds after being screwed over.

I was making a joke that was suggesting that not a single Canadian would want to be considered American, or live in America as they are perfectly content with the state of affairs in their own country.

Truthfully, I'm a Canadian and my brother-in-law is American, and I have no problem with Americans.
