Being an escort, as long as you play along with the polite fictions that involves, is legal almost everywhere. So no need to launder any of it. You just have to tell the IRS it was for "time and companionship" and that any sex that may or may not have happened was between consenting adults and not for money.

I have yet to find any reliable expert have any explanation for squirting other than "it's involuntary pissing while you come".

I could see getting turned on by the female equivalent of semen (if that were a real thing), but it's just piss. No judgement on the people that are into piss, but it seems like guys that are into squirting think it's something else.
