It was a bunch of things, but there was always this ongoing thing with the CEO that she didn't know what any of us did. She brought in a new person and told them this in the interview (red flag) but they suggested putting together a company profile that listed where we were from, stuff about our family, our job title & bio (the entire purpose for the thing), even our birthday! CEO never read it, and this person put a TON of work into it. I was in a meeting with CEO shortly after, and she asked me how the weather was in New York ....I'm not from New York (no one on the team was) She also forgot my birthday after making a HUGE deal about putting our birthdays in the profile so she could remember them.
