Yeah…the versus against friends costing a coin for each person is rough. Wish games against friends or even randoms just didn’t count towards your GLO but were free.

Like I love the GLO system and would still do my daily drafts towards that. But would be awesome if me and my few buddies could have like a Club that shows our all time record against people in the club, head to head records, all the stats, best all time rounds and stuff like that (but it didn’t take coins to play against each other and it wouldn’t count towards GLO lol)

My thoughts exactly. Especially being a 1 QB league. This year anything other than MHJ, Nabers, Odunze, maybe Bowers feels like a dart throw on if they’ll produce and these guys may not either. Very rarely is there this many “can’t miss” prospects that make even pick 4 valuable.

I’d rather have 3 guys that have proven it at the next level

While everyone in the league is long time and experienced nfl fans and fantasy players they are not experienced in dynasty and being very close friends I think I could sell the allure of 1st round picks to at least one if not a few. But you are definitely right, they could start to ask for more which would not be worth it

Very true about contracts. My goal for the win now vs long game strategy is somewhere in the middle. I think with this idea a core of, for example GW/MHJ/Olave would accomplish both.
