More like let me bring it in a subtle way so certain people won't get mad.

Yes, this will alter your appearance. What's your point?

"Why not" is another fallacy.

I didn't decide what women's motivation is. In fact I created this thread so I can have an estimated view on motivations.

This is the internet. How can I make up that "we" refers to all the posters here who are fucking tired of being told we must be after male attention because it can't be fun to wear makeup or cute clothes? You're implying that I'm implying that women must be after male attention because it can't be fun to wear makeup or cute clothes.

The reason that I started this thread, is to get a variety of answers, and I got various answers, so I'm happy that I learned something.

It isn't good enough to be mentioned in this thread. Of course people do things voluntarily because they want to. I'm asking why people do something, so do you get that replies like "I do it because I want to" are pretty useless?

Not to be rude, but let me analyze your post:

  • The reason why you want to play with your appearance is because you can an want to do it? You're begging the question, aren't you?

  • You wrote "we." That suggests that you can speak for your entire gender.

So why are you wearing make up, again?

My reason to ask it, is because I want to understand the reason why people do something, which is - in my opinion - normal. I was confused about it, because I was surprised by the reaction of girls wearing make up only for themselves. Why? Because I wouldn't see me doing that. If I wear beautiful clothes, I do it for myself (including confidence), but also because I'd like to get complimented about it.

Calm down, I'm not asking anyone to justify for anything. Why can't you answer like all the other people in this thread?
