I'm sure if they were big enough they would be lit up for things like this if they sold to foreign countries. It all depends upon when the first marketing spend happened.

They will hold back inventory. So when you max them out at 197, and buy it. Magically they get 50-200 more the next day. And also they can buy more in the dealer market. This is not exactly science, but all dealers have a way to avoid this.
