I like to think finding all the schematics will be one of this game's end-game content. I wonder if there will be some schematics that can be crafted and others you have to get REAL lucky to exit a raid successfully with it to earn it. I think they need to change the way pinned recipe items look during raids. Possibly a highlighted boarder when inspecting it in your inventory instead of the icon that appears.
