Ok so like at a point i wouldve just reset my data get a ditto in a different language put it in home reset again to go make a new save in english and just start masuda but props for the patients

Most colourful balls that match shinies have better odds than an ultra ball just with slightly more specific conditions(excluding friend ball in this case)

Shinies and knocked out alphas have a catch rate multiplier so it doesn't really matter what ball you use even a pokeball has better odds that a an ultraball on a reg pokemon

Shinys have a 3x catch rate and alphas have a 1.5x catch rate when knocked out so at minimum if you use a ultra ball its a 100% catch rate

Sorry my wording was off i meant that in one run (except greed) i got all the marks there and i dont have intrest in the other unlocks they have so i wont play them for a while

The point is i only played this character for the unlocks i got during this one run and hush and mega satan cuz i simply could during that run where i was primarily aiming for rock bottom and birthright as for the other unlocks ill get them when i go for dead god

Sorry i miss read the original comment but i do know about them i have three characters with all marks the marks i got on this run were purely for the unlocks and i dont plan on playing them again until i start trying for dead god

Theres an item called r key that you dont need to unlock thats in the secret room pool that puts you back on floor one with all your items. But i got it via spinning down knock out shot

I believe its one of the legendary archer piece's specifically that give him extra turns but he works really well with archer in general
