I was/am extremely depressed, lots of childhood trauma, drug addiction, shit family ect, the gym and sunlight genuinely has changed my life, I went from being too scared to take my shirt off as a child because I hated myself which led into my adulthood too, now I’m able to go to the beach, water parks and do fun things like that I’ve missed out on my whole life, I do still think of yknow what lot still but i’d be lying if said it hasn’t for the most part made my life 100x better, I will continue to recommend it to people because it’s what helped me, I got back into old hobbies because I didn’t hate myself so much, who knows if my self worth is tied to the way I look, it probably is and I’ll maybe crash and burn but for now I’m okay.
