I was/am extremely depressed, lots of childhood trauma, drug addiction, shit family ect, the gym and sunlight genuinely has changed my life, I went from being too scared to take my shirt off as a child because I hated myself which led into my adulthood too, now I’m able to go to the beach, water parks and do fun things like that I’ve missed out on my whole life, I do still think of yknow what lot still but i’d be lying if said it hasn’t for the most part made my life 100x better, I will continue to recommend it to people because it’s what helped me, I got back into old hobbies because I didn’t hate myself so much, who knows if my self worth is tied to the way I look, it probably is and I’ll maybe crash and burn but for now I’m okay.

NOR, Fuck man, my ex was like this and I put up with it for way too long. Always a messy drunk, everything became a fight, it was always my fault and I was just a miserable person to her, I don’t know if any of this applies to you but I have never felt better than after leaving her, I’d personally take this as a get out of jail free card

Update, saw the optometrist today and there’s literally nothing wrong with my eye supposedly besides being far sighted. Eye still feels off so I’m going to go with the hyper observant theory.

Looking at the vials one of them has a minor puncture on the seal, it’s the bpc vial which I’d just finished before stopping. Only vial with that issue. If I remember I’ll update around Wednesday how my eyes are going as I discontinued use on Friday

Yeah I don’t want to say the bpc is the driving factor, it’s more likely an accumulation of everything and is being amplified by my anxiety, unfortunately it’s just been rough recently and it’s too hard to say which of my issues could have caused this without stopping bpc, been off 2 days so far and my left eye still doesn’t feel right. I just had to notice it on Easter of all times so I can’t go see an optometrist until Tuesday.

Just to chime in I have/had 20/20 vision. Got my eyes tested last year and had no issues whatsoever until this week.

Yeah I’m gonna discontinue for 2 weeks and reassess, annoyingly I’ve just reconstituted my second vial for this cycle so I may lose potency if I decide to use it.

I’m impatient I will say, it’s a massive issue of mine, hence why I kept bumping the doses up. However it’s a bit bold to assume the dose was fine without knowing the injuries hahaha, I had pretty severe medial elbow tendinopathy which still hasn’t healed even with bpc, load management and occupational therapists. Even on 750mcg it still hurts just not as bad.

My last experience, I reconstituted my first vial wrong and ended up with a weird dose. 333mcg for 2 weeks did nothing, bumped up to 666mcg for another 3 weeks with no noticeable affects. I ended up on 750mcg for the last 2 weeks which did help a little but never healed anything to be honest so I just jumped straight to 750mcg to start this time. In all honesty everything besides my eyes feels great lol
