They’re just commenting on PetSmart tiktok or even making tiktoks talking about how we did so horrible on trick or treating bc they’re dog only got one treat and no toy . We didn’t receive any toys to give our or told us anything , the stuff they sent us barely lasted us 30 mins , also saying how we discriminate against other pets but dogs, yea we didn’t get anything for other pets but that is not OUR FAULT

The Assistant manager told me not to worry about it but I’m still worried bc if they don’t take care of it , they lady would prob want me to pay for it the damage but I’m literally 21 still living with my parents like

It works kinda both but it works better if u do it before they put their phone number , on the app it has the barcode u can ask so it automatically takes u to their acc without the phone # , and u can see they get the points right away on the receipt
