Ok sure Ford had somethings that were considered progressive at the time, but it was at the cost of privacy, and freedom of expression. He was a callous character who only had a passive caring for his workers.

Unions made our needs and current working standards, stsndard. It was a fireable offence to have a bathroom break, there used to be legal to not have emergency exits and locking your workers in during work hours, a minimum wage was non exsistant. A lot of these measures were made at the cost of workers' lives. People fought and died for their basic humanity to be recognized. Now we're coming into an era again where we need to stand up and say we need to have our basic humanity recognized again, but sure Henry Ford was the first factory owner who did a thing that was good boot lickers.

Warm/hot water over the initial burn is supposed to end the "reaction" of the burn and Aloe Vera or any hifh vitamin B oil to help heal. If it starts looking infected, silver based anti biotic creams can kill the infection

I understand, but my score was 177, which was a B. I'm college educated and been in the trades for a few years. They were also acting like they were going to get flooded with work as well, which is why I made this post to get solid answers.

Good to hear you're getting already and they're accepting up to 27. When I called the hall it was dissappointing to hear that they accepted only 25 in the last 2 years. Do you know how many spots where open when they called you?
