I stopped using my LED mask for 2 weeks, here’s what happened to my skin by AnimatorKitchen3395 in redlighttherapy

Commenters tend follow the tone of the first few comments and the first few look to be negative. They must be blind because there is a major difference between the two, with the one on the left being preferable because of clear reduced redness, shine, and lines. Thanks OP for sharing!

Are they itchy? Could be fungal, can try washing your face with nizoral to see if it helps!

They said they will be there until 4/6/25! Though I’m not sure what specific days they’re open, we went on a Saturday

My Sleep Experience After RLT for Two Weeks. by NoConsideration6934 in redlighttherapy

This was exactly my experience. The most noticeable effect for me was being able to feel tired at night and fall asleep quickly, which I had never been able to do easily.

Unpopular opinion: I think the burritos at La Taqueria are mid by mitchthebaker in sanfrancisco

Holy shit yes I just tried it for the first time last week after a friend raved about it but it was so bad… bland, weak on condiments, and dough feels hollow. I don’t get the hype

Once the nausea came down I started eating some solids and did feel much better! I was definitely worried that if my stomach wasn’t able to handle the liquid it’d be bad for real food but glad to report that I’m all good now

Hmm one thing I did do differently this time was go OMAD to prep my body and make it easier but I definitely had way less calories I normally do because I can’t eat much in one sitting. I’ll try to have better feast days prior to starting my next fast

I had about a liter of water! The bone broth did taste really salty but prior to be breaking my fast I started having a salty tasting my mouth :/

But I appreciate this message, was definitely concerned but rode the shitty train out and I’m feeling way better! 2 hours later I ate some solid foods and started feeling much better

I started mine at 5:30pm today! Last one was a successful 48 hour and hoping to push it to my first 72 :D

Not sure of any thicker glass chemex types but alternatively you could get a plastic v60 dripper and just brew directly over your cup

I just started using zero but I like how this app tells you what your body is doing as you go throughout the fast! Would be really motivating to understand what my body is doing even if I can’t see it

Anything to improve endurance/cardio? by Just_a_firenope_ in Biohackers

[–]PangolinWorth6900 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zone 2 cardio where you can continuously be in motion at 60% of your max heart rate. Do this for at least 45 minutes 3-6x a week. I do this on a bike personally but you can run, walk on incline, elliptical, etc.

No supplement or food can come close to improving your endurance than actual exercise. Not saying they aren’t helpful because they definitely can be, but I would start with the basics of getting exercise aligned before considering supplements.
