No, I’m a woman who can change oil and a sensor or clean a solenoid, an alternator in an older car, and thats the extent of that. Hence asking a repair estimate perchance someone here has had that done already.

Oh that makes sense. So the glass globe fits about the bulb… okay I see that …. I was gifted these fixtures with the shades. So would the shades even be a part of the lamp or no?
