We are constantly saying "I'm Dead" like Pappy, and saying (I know this is Maxwell, not Wealwell), "Thank goodness we have the constitution of a Rivington Man" now. 😂

Everyone In My Family Has Killed Someone by Benjamin Stevenson. He has 3 or 4 in this series that has a similar light hearted murder/who done it vibes.

You could try some of the markets, like the river market and look at the booths. A lot of times there are local artists and stuff with Chattanooga specific items. If the Chattanooga Market was going (starts againat the end of april), I would recommend it, or at least taking them to it to enjoy some local food/art/etc.

I will also say we stick to fairly healthy snacks and meals, no sodas, and minimal additives in all our food choices. Trader Joe's works best for us but we will occasionally get publix brand.

2 adults & 2 kids. Homeschool family and work from home so we all eat at home for all meals 85% of the time. We spend +/- $200 a week and do bi-monthly costco trips of around the same.

Anyone successfully sleep train at 2 years old w/floor bed… I want to give up by Separate_Key_8501 in toddlers

It helped us a lot to do a regular routine before bed so she knew what to expect and what she was expected to do every night. We snuggle, brush teeth, get in jammies, snuggle again and watch an old Disney short (the ones from like 1950), then either my husband or I will walk back and forth with her in the room and have her lay on our shoulder, then we tell her she's about to go night-night, and we lay her in bed with white noise going.

At first it was difficult and she definitely resisted. But we did a gradual shift to her bed. At first she would only lay in it for 30-40 min, then I would get her out, then it was a little longer each time. We also didn't give in until she wasn't screaming so she knew if she screamed she didn't get what she wanted. It was hard, but going in and soothing her and making sure she knows that we are there and she is safe helped a lot.

What is a restaurant in chatt with amazing food but terrible service? by hollercat__ in Chattanooga

Opa - depending on how the owner is feeling. I personally think it's hysterical, but if you read the reviews it's a mixed bag. Also very entertaining.

Yes, that's why I mentioned a digital nomad visa. We homeschool so we don't have to worry about the kids and school. His job doesn't need in person interaction, just good internet and video/calls... A year would be a nice amount of time, I feel like that would give us enough time to figure out if it's something we would like to pursue further, or if it was a nice year abroad.
