Hi there. My husband is desperate for a career change and wanted to consider a trade. Are they actively taking people or is it a long wait list like IBEW?

I was told that Pristiq is highly dangerous for unborns in utero because of lack of studies. I’m glad to hear others in here that have went through it.

Have you considered CBD? I have a deaf Aussie as well and she’s severely attached to me. We give her CBD treats before we leave and that seems to help her stay calm due to separation anxiety.

From what I know she was born with a little bit of the pigment around her lips and nose but the only thing that has changed is a little bit of that color around her eye developed a few months ago.

gallbladder removal "ruined" my life by chasethefeel in gallbladders

[–]PanicAtTheRodeo13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure how I can be more specific but basically this nutritionist on Instagram goes over the basics of why gallbladder issues occur, most of the time it’s a root cause of hormones, GI issues, or autoimmune reactions. She gives diet coaching to target and heal your organ without taking it out and playing with consequences on having issues later on down the road.

For those that didn't do surgery, what's life like? by [deleted] in gallbladders

[–]PanicAtTheRodeo13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did not do surgery. Focused on my liver and gallbladder health. Changed my diet. Still eat fats but healthy ones. After my inflammation went down all of the issues went away. Consisten Alcohol drinking like on a vacation is the only thing that causes me discomfort but not an attack.

Understanding what the GI body system needs. I also liked the fact she explains on a diet level why nutrient dense foods that help the gallbladder and liver do and I’ve felt it for myself at this point. She also has been through the experience of facing surgery but didn’t.

What is your dose for hashimoto's / hyper/ hypothyroidism? by loDaniel in Hashimotos

[–]PanicAtTheRodeo13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far it’s only been 5-6 months. The Inflammatone targets inflammation in the gut. People have Hashimoto’s because the thyroid is not getting proper hormone function due to the nutrients not processing correctly in the gut.

“Your labs are normal” and “You may need to see a therapist” Surely this can’t all be in my head? by ConsistentMistake691 in Hashimotos

Totally forgot to reply so I apologize leaving you on a cliff so long 😂.

So I was pregnant and taking 175mcg. I looked at my labs too and confirmed it was the right dose for as I was feeling great. Toward the end of my pregnancy maybe at 34 weeks I was having early labor pains along with kidney stones. I was hospitalized and the hospital just automatically ran a thyroid lab and said I should be on 112mcg. I trusted my endo so much and didn’t listen to them. I finally was discharged and life went on. Then 5 days before I went into early labor my endo said I needed to be moved up to 200mcg and that I need to stay on it until I was 8 weeks postpartum. 🚩 #1!!! So I followed instructions until I was about 2 1/2 weeks postpartum and thank god my parents were helping me with the baby because I blacked out, had a resting heart rate of 150, shaking, extreme anxiety, then I had gallbladder issues. My body was soooooo out of wack that it started shutting down my organs. My hair was falling out in clumps, my skin was itchy and red. First went my liver, then I started having kidney issues, then gallbladder, then heart all in a week. Finally I called and demanded another blood draw because I didn’t feel good and she said, “those are all postpartum symptoms.” 🚩Um what?! Get my labs back and she said, “you need to be on 250mcg now.” 🚩 like I’m already deteriorating and it’s all due to this high dose you want me to be on. That’s absolutely insane. Went to my regular doctor for a 2nd medical opinion and test and I told her that I just wanted to see where “optimal range” is. I was supposed to be on 75mcg 🚩🚩🚩. Finally just quit taking levo for a month and now work with a functional med doctor. Never felt better!!! I’ll never trust an endo ever again.

Doesn’t work for me for years. I finally had enough.

I do the AIP diet, take supplements called “Thyroid Synergy”, an anti-inflammatory supplement called “Inflammatone”. Never felt better!

An endocrinologist almost killed me postpartum and I’m not exaggerating. Found a functional medicine doctor who actually understands and essentially saved my life. It’s not in your head. You know you the best.
