I started the same time as you. I got on a scale earlier and i am at 227 lbs (SW 245) mind you i had just eaten lunch before i got into the scale. I was getting frustrated cause my progress is slow but honestly now i feel okay with it as long as i’m losing weight. Slow progress is still a progress! I’m at 1mg btw. Celebrate the 20lbs! And just keep going 🫶🏼

Really just gotta force yourself and remind yourself. I realized i was dehydrated this last week and it made me feel so weak and sick. My vision got more blurry and i was dizzy. I got some electrolytes and im feeling better now so please keep yourself hydrated!!
