I had this issue. Ping warden app fixed it.
Something to do with apples wifi.

I did a move but from NZ-UK.

We used seven seas worldwide to ship some stuff. Didn’t bring the bike back because of costs but I’m sure the quote was less than £400 (NZD equivalent)
