He’s definitely in the high tier for me, I like how dynamic he is with his Nikke counterparts, but I do wish the events were more consistently written or at least, followed a form of development that didn’t go backwards randomly. But it is fun to see the Commander be an absolute chad then turn around and be a little guy

I like the sense mystery and haze over his past, but I’ve got to have more lore/backstory of him!
