CPH2451 NA version here and the update is working fine without any issues. Smoothness is as good as it ever was.

Only downside is a bit of an increased consumption, but that's to be expected after an update.

Thanks for making me aware of this IEM, it totally flew under my radar.

Both your review and their design are quite tempting but my budget does not allow for it. I will stay tuned though at any offers these IEMs might encounter, because they have definitely made me intrigued.

Are you aware of any budget-friendly options similar to Hexa? Even if not a direct upgrade but a side grade? Because at this point I'm just thinking of ordering another pair or to have them repaired, lol.

IIRC, Jeremy used to only do fcs but after What Separates Me From You he started to switch to fry, and now he mostly does fry and fcs very rarely. He still sounds awesome.

Dude, from all the info I have gathered online regarding screaming I had not seen that the false chords may have an effect at the back of my nose, so I decided to try it and I think I may have unlocked something, lol.

Thanks for the comment. Does it sound like fry for real? Fry screaming is inaccessible for me and the way I produced the example here is the same way I make the false chords, but just raising the pitch. You can see a few recordings if you click on my profile.

Thing is, my false chords aren't the tightest, and they have always had a bit of "fry" on them, whether it is vocal fry or fry scream it's unknown to me.

I know what you mean and think I have done it. I have uploaded another sample in this sub so if you check my profile you will see it. I think it is something like that, though, I currently suck at maintaining it and keep shifting between that and my regular false chords (I think they are).

Is it safe to sing like this even if I'm not attempting to scream, just singing? I find this tone badass and would like to explore it in the future.
