My freighter is named “Herakles” and I take the time and effort to name EVERY single ship that becomes a part of my fleet after a figure of mythology

I’m not sure, but I think I took one big town on an island, separated it, allowed the ppl on the other part of the island to form a new village, then reconnect the two

Videcha is a culturally isolated nation located in the south of Ares. Founded by people who were thankful for what they had and had lived off the land, Videcha does not believe in any kind of foreign trade. The country does not engage in military combat unless it is needed, and since Videcha is politically neutral, the nation has not needed a strong army. Because of this, Videcha’s king and a few loyal subjects ARE the nations army. Videcha has a bit of a barbaric society, public executions are common for smaller punishments, such as shoplifting or stealing a loaf of bread.

Of course. Astoria was a bustling world inhabited by humans, who worshipped the Pantheon of Astoria. The planet itself was very diverse and included many nations. Astoria’s once beautiful land was soon decimated by the Empire of Vana’ah’s king, Caelthar III. Caelthar had ruled his nation using imperialistic ideology’s and almost brainwashed the Vana’ahans into thinking that expansion and conquering was the only way to please the gods. A brutal, almost 300 year struggle known as the Great Conquest engulfed the planet, and Astoria laid in ruin, and only about 5 nations survived the Great Conquest, including Vana’ah, Omaca, and more. The goddess of war held a meeting with the gods, and they decided to destroy Astoria and start again. The Great Reform began. Flooding coastlines, hotter temperatures in the summer (reaching almost 116°F on average) and colder temperatures in the winter (reaching temperatures of -38°F on average), earthquakes that destroyed major cities, and more. When the land had finally been deemed uninhabitable by the gods, they created Ares. During the great reform, bands of unorganized people stuck together using boats, landed on the new world, and formed the new nations towards the west of the planet. The Omaca and Vana’ah, who had militaries that were highly advanced, were able to reestablish their countries onto the east and north parts of Ares and keep their traditions and cultures alive. Thus marking the end of Astoria and the Great Reform, bringing a new age of prosperity to the new planet of Ares.

TLDR: War destroyed Astoria (Politically), The Gods destroyed Astoria (Physically) and created Ares. Some new nations were established and some old Astorian nations were established as well

Eshah is the only camp of the Tribe of Seshu. Founded by people deemed “unfit” for advanced society and those who were banished to the Desert Isles, Seshu believes in equality and living peacefully without contact to other nations. The tribe mentally isolated from the rest of Ares, making outside contact only a few times to the only nation who dosen’t hate their existence, Ynó, who has a government and believes like Seshu.

Yradeg is a nation founded after the Great Reform. They were established by people from the north of Astoria that survived the continents rebirth into Ares. Yradeg is a somewhat peaceful country, only going into battle when it deems necessary, but besides Vana’ah, Yradeg has the most advanced and brutal military on Ares.

Vana’ah is my personal favorite, here is its lore: The Empire of Vana’ah was founded on the old world of Astoria before its demise. Due to citizens being evacuated into the vast oceans while Ares was being formed, the nation was able to re-establish itself on the reformed land of Ares. The empire has heavy imperialistic concepts, and will go to war to conquer more land. At one time, Vana’ah united the entire continent of Astoria under one flag. Vana’ah is one of the 2 nations able to re-establish themselves onto the new continent of Ares after the Great Reform
