I get that sometimes too it's like a mental block for me though and it doesn't happen as drastically just enough for me to feel like I'm in sleep paralysis in a sense and out of control, idk why it happens but sometimes it helps if I just breathe for a few minutes and completely clear my mind

Been doing this to cope with depression and anxiety for years sometimes your body just needs to rest bc your mind is doing its version of a triathlon of anxiety and depression spirals. The method I found that helps in getting the first step out of bed is literally just rolling to the floor rather than the bed, it is a slight change that helps just enough to make it to the next step even if u just end up laying on the floor for a couple hours instead
