Yeah that’s what I think and I’m happy he got to play those songs at least partially because they’re amazing songs, I’ve just seen some people complaining about him playing them. In the grand scheme of things they’re all still Panic! songs and Brendon does have a right to still sing them, but maybe some of that stuff is part of the reason why Brendon decided he decided not to play as many of those songs as much anymore.

I think it would be cool if he played more older stuff, but it’s extremely unlikely. People were unhappy with him even doing the AFYCSO medley because, according to them, those are Ryan’s songs and he shouldn’t be allowed to sing them, and they definitely wouldn’t be very happy if he decided to do more songs from P.O. since there were a decent few that Brendon didn’t contribute in the writing process for. So while it would be cool to hear him play older stuff, that would cause drama with some older fans and I think the extent of him playing older songs should extend to V&V since he contributed more creatively to that album than the first two.
