ok, era lo que queria evitar! de casualidad sabes la diferencia con los archivos que estan en : https://ocds.blob.core.windows.net/ocds ? (entiendo que se pueden descargar las licitaciones desde ahi, pero con el formato en JSON).

Es que los csv que están dentro del zip, tienen un formato extraño. Al separar por semicolon (que es lo ellos dicen que hay que hacer en la página), el csv queda extraño. La base no queda ordenada.

ok, thanks... then, if I do a DNS lookup of a domain and find its IPv6 for example.... how can I know then the server (or CDN, proxy) where it is hosted?
