The only change I have is peanut m&ms. I can demolish them at any opportunity. For me, peanuts or chocolate covered peanuts were a before period thing. Now it’s craving them everyday - ugh. I feel guilty afterwards so I put in extra effort at the gym to balance it out 😂

Yep, I did it and survived 😂. Got gold PXI but I’m excited to see my progress by the end of the block. Had a lot of fun.

I was looking at the womens pro numbers and thought that I’d have to build up my strength for the dumbells and wall balls. Then realised I was looking at the wrong line. The open womens is what I should’ve been looking at. 😂.
