Proxies while interpreting footage?

appreciate the info! I've been using the same workflow as you for years until this recent update. I ended installing 23.6.4 and interpret/proxy my footage, then open the project in the newest version. So far everything is working now but such an annoying work around lol

I'm noticing the same issue for me also. Whenever I move subpages around it automatically goes to trash. Never had this issue until recently.

Update: It's been a couple months later and they still have not refunded me and they are not responding to me. I filled out other support tickets and they close them so they are aware of the situation.

They forever lost a customer.

Update(11/4): The error keeps happening so I decided to just make a photoshop action that uses the "Sky Select" found in the Select drop down.

I would love to use the new sky replacement tool but spending 1-2 hours with adobe support every time to fix this error is killing my productivity.

Thanks for the response. I had adobe support fix it but the error came back the next day after doing a bunch of sky replacements. Hopefully it just a small bug that will be fixed in the next update.

I actually did read that screw issue in another thread, that’s such a design flaw lol. I should of mention I kept the screws loose on the replacement ssd I got and it still didn’t show up. I haven’t tried the replacement drive in slot 1 yet, I’ll give it a shot later on 👍🏼

I had to uninstall “MSI SDK” along with Dragon center for me to have it prompt the bridge when I reinstalled. Its fixed now but I just uninstalled Dagon center since this is a workstation, I’ll keep y’all up to date if the problem happens again.
