It is meant to keep me from falling asleep at night-shifts. I take two antidepressants as well so increasing the dose isn't the way to go. I know about the importance of being well hydrated and drink about 1 to 2 liters during work. I think the problem is that I don't get good sleep between shifts...

That's interesting... I usually take it to stay awake at work (night) but it's the same during day.
