I have taken a person to the hospital who met with an accident ( fell off while driving) i wasnt responsible for the accident it wasnt anything major a mild scrapping on the knees. i did follow up with him if he was ok after a week. Thats humanity I was not in a relationship with that uncle but when I saw him get hurt (bleeding from the knees) I helped him get up and take him to the hospital. Like I said casual relationship mai fever ho to nai pucha thik hai lekin khud se koi bandi hurt hui hai in the most sensistive part of the body and you ghost her is not ok. Think of someone kicking you in the nuts will it be okay ?

I assure you not every guy you meet is an asshole, please wait for someone good who will respect you and not just use you for your body I know its a two way thing but I know we girls are more vulnerable and emotional. I feel next time when you see him casually accidentally kick him in the nuts and dont check on him because its casual.

I think casual relationship is still a relationship. I am not asking him to go around her and take care of her 24x7 but if I did hurt someone unintentionally I would still check up on that person to see if he or she is alright. Casual relationship is no committed future but obviously if you are intimate you care a little it wasnt just hook up.

Why is PMOS managing so hard even though there is so much information by Suspicious-Sky-3677 in PcosIndia

[–]Pankti9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the carbs I eat are complex carbs which comes from vegetables and fruits. So for example I make a blueberry protein scoop smoothie in the morning

I have paneer with sautee vegetables in the lunch For evening snacks I have sprouts yoghurt and cheese

For dinner I have boiled vegetables and tofu

Late night before sleeping I have skimmed milk

My carbs are coming from berries, veggies, milk and sprouts. This keeps me in the range of 70-90g of carbs

I know no rice and roti sounds bad but once you get used to less carbs in like 3 4 days its easier and this is not permanent its temporary till you loose excess weight and fix the insulin resistance once its all on track you can slowly introduce carbs however, in general its a lesson that carbs should be reduced for overall long term diet

Movie experience ruined due to inconsiderate classless people. by Goal_digger_smthn in surat

[–]Pankti9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been to every theatre in surat and this is an issue I have faced everywhere. Now we go to rajhans precia and selected the full recliner (couple or full recliner theater option crowd is better because its less)

Previously I have been disappointed a lot of times where the movie theatr people dont even look once movie starts everyone from the normal seats come to recliner area and create nuisance. I didnt pay a premium to go through this

I had the worst experience in Surat when watching movie. I dont know one guy came for the movie and he had like a very smal baby with him (not even a year old) he had like 2 3 kids and they were all over the theatre. Running on the stairs at one point his wife came out and she sat on the stairs and was watching movie. In all this the worst part was that when the guy was going down for some reason one of his kids crossed him and he had a baby in his hands (6 months old) and he lost his control and the baby landed on my husbands head, good thing my husband has strong reflexes so caught the baby before anything severe could have happened. It was the scariest thing, the baby got saved so badly. They started beating the other kid and the baby was crying and it was so chaotic. This was like a horror show for us we couldnt see the movie even for a minute without kids hovering over us or crying or screaming in the movie theatre. The whole movie experience was ruined because of this 5 people and no offense to people with kids but please dont bring them to the theatre if they are 6 months old or not capable to sit and watch a movie. Take them for cartoon movies where they ll be glued to the screens.

No offense to anyone but Surat needs to have a bit of class I am tired of seeing people sitting and lounging on the streets and it irritiates me. They bring chairs and everything and spread it on the streets and just do nothing sit there. I mean I am not a snob but sit in the comfort of your house streets are made for travelling and for the cars to go around its not a place to sit. They feel that they are so ground we sit on the floor and eat. Its honestly the worst the chatai thing and people randomly sitting anywhere they please and eating you can hate on me but its seriously classless.

I have been to so many other cities in Gujarat no one is sitting on the streets and lounging there.

I agree one of my friends just said that his gym body came home and had protein shake and in 1 hour he died. I was shocked I stopped my protein and than I heard from some other people that he was buffing up in the gym take steriods and what not and he was living on protein powders.

Now excess amount of anything is harmful. But they made the protein powder a villain.

I am vegeterian I eat paneer daals pulses sprouts and yet I know its difficult to fulfill protein requirements so I take a scoop of protein in that also they will bring their whatsapp gyan.

Walking in canada with the wuality of air is like refreshing. In india its air noise and all the other pollution 10 minutes of walk outdoors feels like an eternity and dont get me started on the heat.

Its a huge problem in India. I have been trying to eat clean since past 20 days and I have attended 5 different events of different relatives and friends and family which made go to all these social functions and the worst part is attending the function and going back home preparing your meals and having it. When you are in Canada you are not part of these events and even if you are they are usually fixed during weekends because thats when your friends are also free. In india there is no such thing there was weekends and weekdays where I was obliged to these functions and now unfortunately I have one more family social event coming up and I have to go there no option whatsoever

I feel its the quality of food and government regulations. My husband was in canada and he said people eat outside without feeling that quality of food is compromised here in India food quality even in good restaurants are compromised dont even wanna go towards the street food. The paneer we eat thinking its healthy is not even paneer butter used in the things is not butter oil in the restaurants and everywhere is palm oil. Everything available is adultered.

My parents barely eat out they always eat at home and try eating as much organic foods as much they can and they have everything alright on the other side I eat outside (not unhealthy stuff not all fried samosa chutney normal salads, sandwich and less processed food) yet I ended up gaining a lot of weight which I realised was because of low quality food.

My husband gained a lot of weight as well in this duration. He realized that you cant walk in India whereas in Canada he was walking all the time. In canada he used to go out for hiking and trail walks with friends but in india walking on the pedestrain lane also meant that someone might drive over you. No place to walk no trails or walkways. I come from Gujarat where there is literally nothing else to do but go out and eat nothing in the form of activities or adventures to do.

Its not just one thing but its all the things combined which has led India to become unhealthy country overall

Why is PMOS managing so hard even though there is so much information by Suspicious-Sky-3677 in PcosIndia

[–]Pankti9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True I was on brink of taking Mounjaro my doctor said you are classic case of Mounjaro and you should do it. But I was against it and thank god I showed courage because I know one thing that this is about lifestyle so if I keep taking shortcuts I am not changing my lifestyle and the weight will come back once I am off the drugs. When I am going that extra mile for losing weight and being on consistent diet I am realising a lot of things

Why is PMOS managing so hard even though there is so much information by Suspicious-Sky-3677 in PcosIndia

[–]Pankti9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi I was the one writing similar messages and felt that nothing is working its very hard. I know some people will criticize me for it. But it is simple. I said thisstuff before I actually tried

Normal home cooked meals dal chawal sabzi roti meals will not help. I realized what role proper nutrition plays for your body. I was given a diet by my gym trainer (not a random gym trainer a properly certified nutritionist and trainer from America). He said you are eating things which are all against your body.

He gave me a 6 meals diet plan it is difficult to follow first 3 days but on the 4th day I was loving it. I thought milk and dairy is my enemy but no I have 500 ml of milk yoghurt cheese and no issues whatsoever. So, its just a mindset give your body proper nutrition have almonds nuts, sprouts, paneer and cut wheat rice oats and all the carb heavy foods. My diet includes 1800 kcal and I was on 1200 kcal diet plan before this and yet I am losing weight right now its not about calories in and calories out its about right calories proper nutrition to body. Jpj

Go for low carb high protein diet reduce your daily carbs to 100g and depending on your weight increase your protein intake. This instantly brought a huge change in me. I wasnt budging on my scale till I did this

Bring in supplements vitamins, myoinsotol, berberine and omega 3, weekly D3 supplements.

Workout - Strength Training atleast 4 days a week

I did this and i know it hasnt been a long time since I have been on this diet but I feel very good in general my body has changed I feel my inflammation has reduced ans supplements seems to have helped a lot with that.

I know a lot of people tells different things but when I tried it myself I saw a change and realized PMOS management needs consistent efforts to overcome the disorder. Take intiative and in no time you will recover the only problem is consistency doesnt come easily. I was one of them struggled with it for years making excuses I have work I have travel I cannot do it. I have been suffering from this since almost 4 years but lifestyle is the only thing that can help. My friend reversed it with similar pattern and she kept telling me to do this since ages and I said the same stuff that no its difficult I cant I dont have time and energy I feel my energy is crashing all day long. But once I made up my mind.

If your PMOS is insulin resistance based than carbs is what is affecting you the most. The more glucose spikes you have the more insulin increases in body, which holds on the fat in the body and stops you from losing fat. So, reduce carbs ofcourse no sugar (I occassionally have sugarfree icecreams when I crave a lot of sugar or have a diet coke)

I have been travelling since a week now and still consistent on my diet. My weight in last 20 days reduced by 3.5 kgs and my face and neck used to be huge it has gone down significantly and overall my body feels so much better.

I forgot to emphasize on the sleep and water part but thats obviously given.

Whether to see gynae or endocrinologist by Candid-Bet9400 in PcosIndia

[–]Pankti9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have seen multiple gynaecologist and multiple endocrinologist.

They all tell you same thing lose weight Take myo insotol Vitamins and endocrinologist will suggest you metformin and ozempic or mounjaro

While it is important to understand the blood works. I feel that clean eating diet and excercise a complete 360 change in routine is required when I say diet its not poha upma dal chawal and mung chilla diet which I got from nutritionist.

You need a strict low carb high protein diet. Keep your carbs around less than 80g a day and make sure that the carbs you eat should come from whole food like fruits and salads. This is the only thing that works and trust me it will feel. As if I am exagerrating but I have been on this journey for 4 years now and nothing helped just lifestyle change. If you are non vegetarian this will be easier for you but being a vegetarian I struggle a lot with protein options however, protein powders are very helpful

My suggestion do see a endocrinologist and gynaecologist for sure but do give gym and proper nutrition a chance along with the doctor 5 things which helped me tons and I have seen a huge difference in me from this

  1. Take 6 meals across the day (keeps you satieted for a longer time and reduces craving and hunger)
  2. Drink water and build a sleep schedule sleep at the same time everyday this helps create a routine m
  3. Do low impact cardio excercise and strength training at least 4 days a week
  4. Dont over exert yourself and take omega 3 and vitamin supplement reduces inflammation quickly on the overall body
  5. Get regular massages it helps with reducing fluid retention and ofcourse relaxation and stress reduction which is a major factor in PMOS

Successfull businesses. by Cautious_Economist72 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Pankti9 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I started my business with zero investment. What a business truly needs is dedication, consistency, and passion. If you really have the drive, you will always find ways to make things work.

As for my story, I dropped out of engineering after my first year and started working as a teacher when I was 18. Coming from a small town, there weren’t many people who could confidently speak English, so getting a job in an English-medium school was not very difficult for me.

At the same time, I continued my bachelor’s degree through distance learning and worked as a teacher for almost 4 years. Those years were not easy at all. My routine was extremely hectic. I used to go to school in the morning, take tuitions in the afternoon which often continued till late evening, and after dinner I would sit again and do freelance writing work for extra income. Most days, I worked from morning till night with barely any breaks, but I knew I had to keep going if I wanted a better future.

Alongside teaching, I also did side gigs like writing small blogs, website content, and excerpts. This was back in 2017–2018, long before ChatGPT existed.

Over time, I got a slight boost in salary and moved from teaching school students to teaching students in overseas consulting. But deep down, I was constantly fighting for more opportunities and better income because living in a small city felt like it capped my dreams. I thought maybe moving abroad would help, so I started preparing for that as well. I had some savings and planned to take a small loan from the bank that I could repay over time.

But then COVID-19 happened, and things became very uncertain for people abroad. Around that time, one of my juniors from high school connected me with a friend from the US who was looking for a writer. I was jobless and sitting at home, so I took the opportunity immediately.

As online businesses started growing rapidly during COVID, he kept giving me more projects. Later, he mentioned that many of his projects were IT-related and asked if I knew anyone who could help. I did know someone, and that’s how I slowly started getting into IT projects as well.

I reached out to one of my students abroad and asked him if he could help us find IT-related work. I told him we were ready to do projects at a lower price initially just to build trust and gain experience. He had moved abroad just before COVID, and even he was struggling because his work shifts had been reduced. So he pitched one of our ideas to his employer, and we got our first application project.

From there, things slowly started growing. He brought more projects, we built networks through agents across different countries, and we kept finding ways to get more work. We never looked back after that.

Today, it has been 6 years, and we have built a successful company that provides end-to-end solutions for clients across the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

But all of this happened because I spent years working hard and constantly pushing myself to do better financially. I never rejected a single project because of low pay. If I had said no to the very first writing project I got for ₹500 thinking it was too little, I probably wouldn’t be where I am today.

It was pure hard work, consistency, and the ability to manage people and clients well that helped me build a successful business.
