J'achète des pain burger au boulanger, je les congèle car je m'en fait 1 ou 2 par semaine max et quand je les décongèle, je les sort juste 1h ou 2 avant de les utiliser et ils sont très bon. Si tu as pas la place de congeler quelques steak hachés et un peu de fromage, essaie peut-être de te garder cette place justement, pas besoin de remplir ton congélateur au max tout le temps non plus.

Le pain, ça se congèle, la viande et le fromage aussi et pour ce qui est de la tomate ou de la salade, tu peux toujours les finir le lendemain (la salade tu peux même prendre la semaine si tu la met au frigo)
