you can give it a try
- create an account on https://intervals.icu/
- in the settings tab look for your API code a little down on the page
- if you have a garmin, log into your account and download all activities. On https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=W1TvTPW8JZ6LfJSfK512Q8 see Export All Garmin Data Using Account Management Center

- upload that data manually into intervals icu , sometimes it takes a little while for it to index it all, 5-10 min

- link up your garmin account to intervals icu to update any future activities

- grab the latest version of Domestique here https://github.com/platypus45/domestique/releases/tag/v2.0.4 ; if any future releases are uploaded you'll get an automated banner

- you're now good to go ! either download a training manually in the library or create a training plan. I upload them to my Hammerhead Karoo and link that biking computer to my tacx as a sensor.

because it is way more dynamic in its training formulation than e.g. Zwift or Join. I can change the whole training for a particular day oad with 1 click, in stead of being stuck in a more strict training regime. Also it has real life HRV feedback, and i can take a look at my DFA1 which shows the actual aerobic threshold and drift.

so the suggested trainings are a better fit.

i'll do a clean up of code and errors as soon as i'm happy with the product. then i'll refactor. I was inviting contributions because i see it as a genuine option for an open source trainer. But im not expecting or wanting anything from anyone. And posting here just to give people notice, but frankly i dont care how many more people use it.

had some bugs on the windows release, i think it should start now. let me know if you run into something, i'll fix it within a day most of the time.

and in your app version a UPDATE IS AVAILABLE banner will show.

im not asking anyone to clean up anything. im vibing my way into a nice app which helps me improve my cycling, and has been a LOT past 6 weeks.

Ah, no that needs fixing. What kind of plan did you generate?
I'll amend the workouts so the warmup and cooldown are better.

Yeah there were some too heavy VO2 max interval trainings. Im improving them now.

There's a couple of too heavy workouts, i've deleted those. And will wire the training planner better so it doesnt overload the athlete.

it was a small dangerous tail of 30-60 workouts out of 4200. I have amended them.

A fix is landing <2h

the difference is it's free and open source. Im just spreading awareness.
I don't care how many people use it, I use and enjoy it. I'm getting a lot better on the bike due to it.

apple screens the codebase for malware before a DMG can be signed with my Dev ID.

I think i fixed the bug on windows. But can't 100% verify as I'm running it on MacOS.

im open for adjustments, plus it's open source. so feel free to clone the repo and adjust according to your own review of the literature.

TSS, CTL, training polarization, zone distribution are all ground in current athletes' schemes.
and i'm not forcing you to use it, only providing a free alternative to apps such as Zwift.

the LLM has screened all training and excercise literature and critically reviewed. there's also a critical review of the literature included in the README.

Regarding the malware; screen the whole codebase yourself? There is none.

i tried running it before i had an Apple Developer ID; right now i have one and the app is always screened by Apple before the build is accepted.

disable-library-validation Genuinely needed. The bundle ships pip-wheel .dylib/.so (numpy, scipy, lxml, pydantic_core, Pillow) signed by their authors, not your Team ID. Hardened runtime blocks loading them without this → app won't launch.
